The 222 unit apartment building broke ground in Q3 2016 and is projected to deliver in Q3 2018. It is located at the northeast corner of First and K St, NE.
This development will have 346 apartments and 5,000 SF of retail. It broke ground in Q1 2016 and is anticipated to deliver Q1 2018.
AVA NoMa will have 348 apartments and 7,000 SF of retail. It broke ground in Q1 2015 and is anticipated to deliver in Q1 2017.
The second phase of Camden NoMa broke ground in Q1 2015 and is expected to deliver in Q1 2017. It will be 405 apartments and is located at 60 Pierce St, NE.
Capitol Point will consist of a single building with three addresses. 51 N will be 220 residential units, 50 Patterson a loft style office building, and 1250 First will be 366,000 SF of office. A seven screen Landmark Theater will be located below. Site preparation began in Q2 2016 and delivery is expected for Q1 2019.
The 182 condominiums and 7,500 SF of retail development is located on the unit block Florida Ave, NE. Construction started Q1 2016 and delivery is expected Q1 2018.
Toll City Living
The first phase of Toll City Living will have 296 apartments and 8,000 SF of retail. The development is located on the north side of 200 K St, NE block. It broke ground in Q2 2016 and is expected to deliver Q2 2018.
