Leasing

NoMa has become one of DC’s most popular choices for leasing, thanks to superior transit connectivity, Capitol access, neighborhood amenities and cost value.

Current lead office tenants include a mix of private sector and government entities.  For example, Sirius XM, CNN, NPR, CareFirst, ATF, DOJ, DDOE and DCPS all have a major presence in NoMa.  A full list of lead tenants can be found on our development map.

NoMa’s current daytime population is 40,000.  Roughly 50% of workers arrive to NoMa by non-vehicular means.  VRE, MARC and Metro’s Red Line are the most popular ways to connect, though some employees walk or bike to work.

In addition to a robust daytime population, NoMa is home to 1,400 residents.  That number is expected to double in the next 2-3 years.  This growth has made NoMa an attractive choice for retailers such as Harris Teeter, CVS, Potbelly and Au Bon Pain.
