NoMa FIT with Yoga NoMa – Yogalates

This is a fusion class of yoga and Pilates, focusing on strength, stretching, and balance. We do six sequences total, each focusing on a different body group: warm-up, glutes, abs, planks/upper body, legs, and a cool down. The class can vary from 30-45 minutes depending on sequence length that week.
