NUBOXX Strength and Conditioning
March 11 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Take part in a full body workout designed to help you learn how to move properly, improve joint health/mobility and develop long lasting, sustainable strength. Expect lower heart rate zones (100-130bpm) with emphasis on strength development.
