This gentle floor yoga sequence will place emphasis on joint and fascia stretching. The postures will be held for 2 to 5 minutes with the assistance of props such as a pillow, bolster, or block.
Yin yoga will leave you with wide-ranging benefits ranging from lowering stress levels, to balancing hormones, to promoting self-care, self-love, and a deeper connection and appreciation for yourself.
