Yoga for Athletes: Mobility & Recovery

About this Event
The movements and mind-body connection of yoga is a perfect way to reduce muscle tightness and imbalances, and expand your range of motion. We invite you to join us for stretching and opening up key muscles. We will guide you through a yoga-style warm up, then offer poses specifically geared to complement the effects of high-impact exercises on the mind and body.
Beginners and yogis with limited yoga experience are especially welcome!
