This power vinyasa flow will lead you through a high-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training and cardiovascular exercise into traditional yoga sequences. Yogis will leverage their own body weight along with light weights and dynamic movements to strengthen & tone their body while also building balance and flexibility. Designed to target and tone all the major muscle groups, this class is perfect for yogis looking to break a sweat and leave feeling uplifted and refreshed.
