In 2018 the POW! WOW! DC mural festival will make its third visit to NoMa. The two-week event will bring together talented local and international artists and community members in partnerships that enrich and beautify the neighborhood.
NoMa Summer Screen
Wednesday Evenings, Summer 2018
Join neighbors and friends at NoMa Summer Screen, the award-winning outdoor film series. Featuring a 35-foot screen, a different selection of food trucks each week, and free bike parking. Movies start shortly after sunset — and all are subtitled.
July 4th Bash
Independence Day 2018
Each year, NoMa’s Fourth of July neighborhood party and cookout attracts hundreds for a family-friendly celebration of our nation’s independence. The afternoon event offers games for kids, live music, face painting, moon bounces, and more.
Late October 2018
Carve your own pumpkin and enjoy D.C.’s cutest petting zoo at this free annual event. The NoMa BID gives away more than 500 pumpkins and assists attendees with carving and decoration. The event includes a free snacks, face-painting, food vendors, music, and more.
