NoMa Summer Screen Location Announced: Event Hosted by Toll Brothers Apartment Living®

Washington, D.C., May 2, 2013 – Filmgoers, rejoice: the location for NoMa Summer Screen has now been finalized! NoMa’s signature event, showing 13 weeks of Outlaw Hero films, will once again be held on the Loree Grand Field at Second and L Streets, NE – where it has been since 2009. The property is under new ownership by Toll Brothers Apartment Living®, and they have graciously agreed to host the film series again this year.

“NoMa is thrilled to welcome Toll Brothers to the neighborhood, and we are grateful for the community spirit they are displaying in hosting NoMa Summer Screen,” said Robin-Eve Jasper, President of the NoMa Business Improvement District. “This event is a terrific way for neighbors to connect with each other and spend time with their families, and we thank Toll Brothers Apartment Living for enabling us to continue this tradition in 2013.”

Toll Brothers Apartment Living® has plans to develop many luxury rental properties in and around Washington, D.C., over the next few years, including the NoMa site at Second and L Streets, NE and a community near Nationals Park. “We are excited to take part in the unbelievable growth occurring here in NoMa,” said Charles Elliott, Managing Director of Toll Brothers Apartment Living. “We are happy that we could help the NoMa BID continue the success of such a wonderful event.”
