Tenant build-out in Ivy City, next door to the Hecht Co. Warehouse, of a 24,000-square-foot, multi-tenant, shared-use kitchen, to include electrical and plumbing upgrades, dry wall, carpentry and work stations. This is the second location for culinary incubator Union Kitchen, which has outgrown its original space on Congress Street Northeast, not far from Union Station.
